This well known Pouilly Fumé, has a flinty mineral and distinctly smoky character, which is believed to come from the regions soils where this grape is grown. You will find flavours of gooseberries and gentle spices on the palate, this wine is the perfect accompaniment to smoked fish, especially smoked salmon.
